Trimco operates as a service provider offering post-harvest and operational support services to licensed businesses. Trimco does not cultivate, manufacture, distribute, or sell cannabis products directly.

Trimco provides business-to-business services including, but not limited to:

• Harvest support and labor coordination
   
• Trimming, bucking, drying, and curing services
   
• Logistics and transportation coordination
   
• Operational consulting and post-harvest solutions
   

All services are provided only to properly licensed businesses operating in compliance with applicable state and local laws.

Our services are available exclusively to:

• Licensed businesses
• Authorized representatives of licensed entities
   

By engaging with Trimco, you represent that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of your organization.

By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Trimco may contact you via:

• Phone calls
   
• SMS/text messages
   
• Email
   

Communications are one-to-one, low-volume, and business-related, such as follow-ups, service coordination, or responses to inquiries.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Trimco operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their own regulatory compliance, licensing validity, and operational legality.

Trimco does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

Pricing, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are defined in separate service agreements or work orders. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trimco shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

All content, branding, and materials provided by Trimco remain the intellectual property of Trimco unless otherwise stated in writing.

Trimco reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
