2015: Trimco's roots date back to 2015 when the founder entered the industry through cultivation and experienced his first "Trim Party." A transient, drinking, and smoking workforce performing trimming activities. This unprofessional and unstructured supply chain link is the single biggest pain point in the industry.

In 2016, the Trimco business model was born and introduced to the Prop 215 semi-regulated market in California. For the next 4 years, different iterations of the model were attempted and continually refined.

In late 2020, after gaining a tremendous amount of insight after 4 years of trial and error, a pivot was made to our new model, which reordered the scaling of our 3 revenue streams and added Facility Design and Management.
in revenue is generated every year from trim parties in California, and trimming is the single largest line-item expense on any cultivator's Profit and Loss statement.
